Web design

Web design

  • How much does a Connecticut web design project cost?

Most custom CT business sites land between $3,500 and $12,000 depending on scope. Brochure sites for service businesses typically run $3,500–$5,500; full e-commerce or membership sites run $8,000–$12,000+. We give you a fixed-price quote after a free 15-minute scoping call.

  • How long does it take to launch a new website?

A standard Connecticut small-business website launches in 4–6 weeks from kickoff. Larger sites with custom integrations can take 8–12 weeks. We give you a realistic timeline before any contract.

  • Will my site be mobile-friendly and ADA-compliant?

Yes — every site we build is mobile-first and built to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards by default. ADA-compliance is a baseline, not an upcharge.

  • Do you provide ongoing website maintenance?

Yes. Monthly maintenance covers security patches, backups, performance tuning, and 2 hours of content updates per month — that's text edits, photo swaps, hours updates, new pages, anything reasonable inside that window. Most CT clients start at $99/month and scale up if their site is larger or they need more update hours.

  • Can you redesign my existing site without losing SEO?

Yes — that's our specialty for established CT businesses. We map every existing URL, set up 301 redirects, preserve your content structure, and keep an eye on Search Console for two months post-launch to catch anything that slips.

Video production

Video production

  • Where is your green screen studio located?

Our studio is at 480 Queen St, Suite C, Southington, CT — central to Hartford, New Haven, Waterbury, and the I-84 corridor. About 20 minutes from each major Connecticut metro.

  • How much does it cost to film at the studio?

Half-day green screen sessions start at $750 and full days at $1,400, including the studio, lighting, camera op, and basic editing. Add-ons like teleprompter, voiceover, or post-production color grading are quoted separately.

  • Can you produce a TV commercial start to finish?

Yes — script, storyboard, casting, shoot, edit, music licensing, and broadcast placement on Connecticut TV stations. Most :30 spots run $3,500–$8,500 depending on talent and location complexity.

  • Do you handle radio commercial placement too?

Yes. We produce the spot in-studio (voiceover, music, sound design) and place it on Connecticut radio — Hartford, New Haven, Waterbury, and surrounding markets. Rich Conway has 25+ years of CT broadcast relationships.

  • What is a 360° virtual tour and why do I need one?

It's an immersive, fully-navigable view of your business interior — customers can 'walk through' your restaurant, gym, retail space, or event venue right from your website or Google Business Profile. Restaurants and event venues see the biggest conversion lifts: customers know what they're walking into.

Advertising

Advertising

  • What's the minimum budget for advertising with you?

Connecticut small businesses can get started with us for as little as $300/month — that's the minimum for our Ad Share Program, which gets you onto real network TV and radio at a fraction of solo-buy pricing. Multi-channel custom campaigns scale up from there.

  • How does Connecticut TV ad placement work?

We buy commercial inventory directly from Connecticut TV stations — typically WFSB, WTNH, NBC Connecticut, FOX 61, and the Cablevision/Comcast cable networks. You pick markets and dayparts, we handle the buy and reporting.

  • Can you target ads to specific Connecticut cities?

Yes — broadcast TV is by market, but OTT (Roku/AppleTV/Fire TV) and social ads are geo-targetable down to the ZIP code. We commonly run hyper-local campaigns for Hartford, New Haven, Stamford, Waterbury, and Southington-area businesses.

  • What is OTT advertising?

OTT (Over-The-Top) advertising places your video commercial on streaming services watched on TVs — Roku, AppleTV, Amazon Fire TV, Hulu, Pluto, Tubi, etc. It's how you reach the millions of CT households that have cut cable.

  • Will you produce the ad and run the campaign?

Yes — we're full-service. Our Southington studio produces the spot (TV or radio), and our team handles media buying, placement, optimization, and reporting. One team, one quote, one accountable partner.

Pricing & process

Pricing & process

  • Do I get a fixed-price quote or hourly billing?

Fixed-price quotes for web builds and most video production. Advertising spend is pass-through (you see exactly what we paid the station) plus a transparent management fee. We don't run open-ended hourly meters on creative work — you get a number up front.

  • Who owns the website and assets after launch?

You do. The domain, the hosting account, the codebase, and every photo and video shot for you in our studio belong to your business. If you ever decide to leave, we hand over the keys cleanly — no held-hostage assets.

  • What does the kickoff process look like?

Free 15-minute scoping call → fixed-price proposal → signed agreement → kickoff workshop (1 hour, in-person at the studio or by video) → design → build → review rounds → launch. Standard sites run 4–6 weeks from kickoff to launch.

  • Do you work with businesses outside Connecticut?

Connecticut businesses are our specialty and the bulk of the work. We'll occasionally take on out-of-state clients when there's a Connecticut connection, but our broadcast relationships, Ad Share Program, and town-level local SEO playbooks are all built for CT.

Working with us

Working with us

  • Do you outsource design, development, or video editing?

No. Every site is hand-crafted in Connecticut by our team, every video is shot and edited in our Southington studio, and every TV/radio buy is placed by a 25-year CT broadcaster (Rich Conway). No offshore agencies, no template factories.

  • How fast do you respond to questions after launch?

We respond within 24 hours, usually faster. Maintenance clients get priority — security issues and outages are same-day. Most CT clients have Rich's mobile number after the project's done.

  • Can I see the studio before I book?

Yes — drop in or schedule a tour at 480 Queen St, Suite C, Southington. Walk through the green-screen room, meet the team, see the gear. No-pressure, free, takes about 20 minutes.

  • Why does broadcast pedigree matter for a website?

Because the same skills that make a 30-second TV spot land — capturing attention, telling a compelling story, building trust with an audience — are exactly the skills that turn website visitors into customers. After 25+ years on Connecticut radio, those instincts are reflexes.
